Welcome to the European Trados User Group (ETUG)
The European Trados User Group (ETUG) is a member-based association for professional users of the RWS Trados family of products. It organises alternating series of regular webinars (ETUG Bitesize) and an ETUG Conference (the next edition will be in 2027).

ETUG Bitesize 2026: Register today
The 2026 ETUG Bitesize series dates have been finalised, and will be held on 26 February, 11 June, 24 September, and 3 December 2026 – from 10:00 – 12:00 (CET/CEST).
The third session takes place on Thursday, 24 September, 2026 on Unleashing the Full Potential of Terminology for LLM-based Translation: Terminology-Augmented Generation Using the Quickterm Studio Plugin – with a presentation by Klaus Fleischmann (Kaleidoscope).
The second session on Thursday, 11 June, 2026 was on Moving to the Cloud: Real-World Migration Stories. It featured presentations by Sara Grizzo and Andreas Merz (Munich Re) and Luis Lopes (RWS). A summary can be found here.
The first session on Thursday 26 February, 2026 was on the “RWS Roadmap 2026 and beyond“, presented by Daniel Brockmann and Luis Lopes from RWS, followed by a Q&A session. A summary can be found here.
The full programme for the other sessions is currently being finalised by the Steering Committee. Registered participants also receive recordings for all three events – allowing you to watch any webinars that you are unable to attend live.
Fee and Registration: There will be one fee to attend all events: € 150. This fee applies whether you attend one, two, three, or all events. Full members as well as all speakers may attend free of charge and will receive a discount code for the registration process in Eveeno.
