You directly provide European Trados User Group with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Complete and submit our contact form;
- Write an e-mail to info@europeantradosusergroup.eu;
- Complete and submit our membership application form.

European Trados User Group collects your data so that we can:
- Process membership applications;
- Get in touch with full or associate members and membership applicants on membership-related issues;
- Send out emails to full or associate members to inform them, e.g., about upcoming conferences or news related to the association;
- Organize the annual conference.
Who we share your data with
European Trados User Group will share your data with our event organization partner who is charged with organizing the annual conference.
How long we retain your data
European Trados User Group will keep data of association members for the period of their membership. As soon as the association membership has expired, we will delete all data collected. Data collected from non-members, e.g. from a rejected membership application, or from general inquiries will be retained for a maximum period of 2 years and will then be deleted.
