In 2024, ETUG takes place in virtual format. We have decided to organise three ETUG Bitesize events between June and November 2024, rather than holding a single virtual event. As ever the events will focus on the full Trados offering (Trados Cloud, Studio, WorldServer, Language Weaver, MultiTerm) as well as extensions that work together with the Trados offering.
What does an ETUG Bitesize event look like?
The three bite-sized events will all have a similar structure, with each one having a different thematic focus. Each of the three Bitesize events features three presentations of 20 minutes, with 10 minutes Q&A, with a brief coffee/comfort break between the second and third presentations. We have decided to address the following subjects at this year’s three ETUG Bitesize events.
- Thursday 20 June 2024, 10:00 – 12:00 CEST – AI and Translation
- Thursday 26 September 2024, 10:00 – 12:00 CEST – Term Extraction and Glossaries for MT
- Thursday 21 November 2024, 10:00 – 12:35 CET – Terminology and SEO
Typically most speakers are drawn from ETUG’s membership as well as some presentations from RWS. Events are moderated by ETUG Board and Steering Committee members.

How can I register to attend?
There will be one fee to attend all three events: 100 €. In case you plan to attend only one or two events, the same fee applies. Full members and speakers may attend free of charge and will receive a discount code separately to use for the registration process.
Registration will open for ETUG Bitesize events from mid-May 2024 through the Eveeno platform.
